Pasta al Forno kann bis zu 2 Tage in einem verschlossenen Behälter eingefroren werden.

Für den späteren Verzehr wird ein vollständiges Abtauen empfohlen, bevor du sie wieder Aufbackst.

Noch ein kleiner Trick. Wenn dir der Geschmack von Scamorza zu intensiv ist, ist das kein Problem: Du kannst Caciocavallo, Mozzarella oder einen anderen Käse deiner Wahl nehmen.
